Sunday night I posed for some photos for Nikki of Vixen Pinup Photography and her assistant Candy. David was on iPhone photo duty for some behind the scenes pictures of the transformation. The amazing clothing and corsets were from Monkey Wrench Clothing, and the beautiful jewelry was from Evil Pawn.

Nikki was inspired by Burlesque queen, Dita Von Teese, and I donned a black wig that helped create the right look. Nikki had lots of ideas and gave really good direction, which was great. Plus, it was fun to do something to help out such fantastic local designers. Check out David’s photos below. I am so excited to see how Nikki’s images turn out!

Now I want to get one of Nikki’s pin up photo packages in the future, it was so much fun trying all the clothes and vintage hats — like playing dress up for grown ups. Plus, something tells me David will not be opposed to the idea. Not to mention Nikki and I are hatching all kinds of professional projects to work on in the future which is especially exciting!

Taking direction from Nikki. This was the first of the Monkey Wench clothes. The Evil Pawn necklace style is Demonia, and it's gorgeous in person!

It took at lot of bobby pins to pin up that wig!

It took at lot of bobby pins to pin up that wig! This was my favorite corset I wore. Normally I would not go for antique white lace, but this was just so beautiful and girly!

I love hats with netting! This was super fun to wear!

Oh the glamour! I'm wearing some gorgeous giant rings in these shots.
